These terms apply to your use of LeaseDeck ("the Service"), operated by LeaseDeck ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
LeaseDeck is a personal tool for saving, organizing, and comparing rental listings. It is not a real estate agency, listing platform, or rental marketplace. We don't verify, endorse, or take responsibility for any rental listing or landlord.
Use LeaseDeck for its intended purpose — organizing your own rental search. Don't:
Rental data, notes, and contact info you add belong to you. You give us permission to store and display it back to you (and to others if you enable sharing). We don't claim ownership of your content.
When you enable the share feature, your list becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the link. You're responsible for what you choose to share. Disable sharing any time to revoke access.
When you add a listing by URL or pasted text, we send the content to OpenAI's API to extract structured details. The extracted data is approximate — always verify important details (price, availability, address) against the original listing.
LeaseDeck is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of parsed data, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions you make based on information stored here.
We can suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason. You can delete your account by emailing hello@leasedeck.app.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
